Photography Policy
We encourage our visitors to take photos of the landscape, wildlife, and unique features of the Nature Center!
However, professional photography and videography is not allowed with the exception of hired media for special events.
DO:
- Take pictures during operating hours
- Stay on trails, walkways and grass
- Respect the environment and wildlife
- Share your pictures with us! @rlnaturecenter
DO NOT:
- Disturb ongoing events, classes or maintenance
- Climb trees, large rocks, or walls
- Enter a barricaded area
- Pick flowers, damage foliage, or the building
- River Legacy Nature Center staff may approach you to discuss alternatives for your photographs or video if it interferes with any park operations.
Professional photography in River Legacy Park is by permit only. Contact the Arlington Parks and Recreation Department at 817.459.5473 to apply for a permit.
